It's the day after the Super Bowl and I'm tired. But who wouldn't be tired after spending the evening hanging out with 80 students playing Madden '07 on 8 different consoles including a PS3, a Xbox 360 and a Wii and watching the game on the big screen and the projector. I mean how much fun can one person really take in and not get exhausted? It's like when you go to Six Flags and you ride all the rides and you do all you can do. At the end you are tired. In fact, the way I see it is, how tired you are after you do something that is supposed to be fun is really the measure of how fun that things you did really was. If it really was as fun as you hoped it would be it would make sense that you wore yourself out taking in all of that fun. On the other hand if it was not as fun as you thought it would be it would make sense that you did not exert all your energy having fun. And I, my friends, had fun last night. And so, I am tired.
Since I am tired I think this blog is going to be short. But what I would love for you dear readers is feedback on the party. Tell me what you thought. Did you have fun? How much fun? Are you as tired as I am today from all the fun you had? What was the most fun? Who is the most fun youth pastor ever? What would you change if you'd dared to change anything. If you could have fun with anyone who would you choose and where would I be on your list? And do you think your friends had fun?
Post your responses so I can make sure that next year's Super Bowl is even more fun, and as a result even more tiring, next year. Okay, now I think I am going to go take a nap. Man, I had fun last night.

The only thing that could possibly had made it more fun is the Dallas Cowboys playing in the game and Neil Young doing the half-time show.
I'm looking forward to a day when it's soley high school and not a bunch of socialite thirteen-year-olds running around in the mix. I had fun though, can't say I'm not happy for Dungy or Peyton...However I'd like to see my 'Hawks take it...Oh well. Oh yeah, and $20 ain't bad either.
Wow, it appears that Sean was actually paying attention to other things besides the girls he was flirting with. I didn't know that was possible.
As for my thoughts on the Super Bowl party: I thought it was awesome. Josh and I decided that we wouldn't participate in the madden tournament so we could hang out with the guests because he said that last year all the guests got eliminated in the first round and had no one to talk to, but that was not the case last night and so I just missed out for no reason. I won't make that mistake again. But I thought it was awesome any way.
Mr. Box, it surprises me how little you care about my wellbeing. I of course couldn't come to the party because I AM BEING HELD HOSTAGE! Please at least look at my blog for goodness sake!
The party was great! It would have been better though if we had had "substitutions" for the Madden tournament, because I'm no good and I really could've used 20 bucks. Oh, I would like to put in a few words on the behalf of Cluck: FREE THE CHICKEN, HE DIDN'T HURT ANYONE!!! HE WAS A GLEAM OF SUNSHINE IN MY OTHERWISE POINTLESS LIFE (well, not completely pointless, but that's beside the point)! : ( NO CLUCK MAKES HULK ANGRY! YOU WILL NOT LIKE HULK WHEN HE IS ANGRY!
